Steps & Activities

Step 1: Collection – We collect marigold waste from temples, markets, and events to prevent pollution and promote reuse.
Step 2: Sorting & Cleaning – Flowers are cleaned and only the best petals are selected for paper-making.
Step 3: Fiber Extraction – A special process extracts fibers from delicate marigold petals while keeping their natural strength and color.
Step 4: Pulping – The fibers are turned into eco-friendly pulp with minimal water and no harmful chemicals.
Step 5: Sheet Formation – The pulp is pressed into sheets and dried naturally, giving each sheet a unique texture.
Step 6: Finishing & Crafting – Sheets are trimmed, pressed, and crafted into eco-friendly paper products.
